Cottage Rates
Midweek:
- $225 per night for One-Bedroom Cottages
- $450 per night for Two-Bedroom Cottages
- Extra persons (sofa-bed) $60 per night
- Children welcome, $30 per night – further discount may apply. Cot available.
Weekend (Fri & Sat OR Sat & Sun):
- $275 per night for One-Bedroom Cottages
- $550 per night for Two-Bedroom Cottages
- Minimum 2 night stay – in the event of a single night being available due to previous bookings, $20 surcharge per cottage for 1 night only
- Extra persons (sofa-bed) $60 per night.
- Children welcome, $30 per night – further discount may apply. Cot available.
Extended Stay Discount:
- Stay 5 or more nights and receive 20% off

Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are valid from 01/01/2022, are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
- 2 bedroom cottage based on minimum 2 couple rate.
- Confirmation of booking requires 50% deposit. Balance is due on check-in.
- Check-in is from 2pm onwards; check-out of 11am.
- Cancellation within 21 days may forfeit all or part deposit.
- Cancellation within 7 days may require full payment.
- Cancellation payments are in lieu of the cottage/s being re-let for the same period. We will make every effort to re-let the cottage/s within the given timeframe and if successful will refund to the booking party all monies paid (minus any third party booking fees if applicable).
- Minimum 2-night stay weekends and public holidays; 3-night stay long weekend, including Easter.
- All cottages are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside on the verandahs only.
- All cottages have a no-pet policy.
